This is a story of a community coming together to help give a team a chance to play the game they love. Ben Rivera is a Senior and the Captain of the Varsity Soccer Team at Coronado High School. During the pandemic there has been many obstacles for everyone to work through the new normal. For Ben, this was his last chance to secure his future with the hopes of playing soccer either in college or professionally.
Ben was just named the Black Canyon Region Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All Region. Congrats Ben!!!
